How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Dynamics CRM tab.
      2. On the Dynamics CRM tab, drag the Set Status Multiple Entities activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Set Status Multiple .

Procedure

  1. On the Set Multiple Status Configuration screen, in the Dynamics CRM field, select your Dynamics CRM access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token . For more information, refer to New Dynamics CRM Access Token.

  2. In the Entity Name list, select your entity.
  3. Complete these fields as necessary.
    Field Name Definition

    Status

    Function:
    Specifies the status of your record.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid status from the list.
    Default Value:
    None.

    When you select the entity name, the status of the record shows in the Status field.

    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    Entity IDs

    Function:
    Specifies your list of Dynamics CRM entity IDs.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid list of IDs, separated by semicolons.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
  4. (Optional) To store the status ID as a process data variable, add the variable from the Process Data screen to the field Store New Set Status ID in Custom Attribute or Schema.
