Get User Info (OneDrive) activity

An activity that gets information about a user from OneDrive to store in process data variables.



Configure the Get User Info activity

To configure the Get User Info activity, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
  2. Do one of these:
    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the OneDrive tab.
      2. On the OneDrive tab, drag the Get User Info activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

  2. Click Get User Info .
  3. Complete the fields on the Get User Information in OneDrive Configuration screen.

    For more information, refer to Get User Information in OneDrive.

  4. (Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

    For more information, refer to Configure E-mail Notifications for Any Activity

General Configuration

Specifies the common information for a system activity.

Specifies the activity name that shows in your process.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.

Function:
Specifies an optional description for your activity.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.

Get User Information in OneDrive Configuration

Specifies information about a user to get from OneDrive and store in a process data variable.

Function:
Specifies the access token that connects to your OneDrive application.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:

User ID
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the user ID.

The user ID comes from OneDrive.

Accepted Values:
A process data variable.
Default Value:
None

Name
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the name of the user.
Accepted Values:
A process data variable.
Default Value:

First Name
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the first name of the user.

Last Name
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the last name of the user.

Gender
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the gender of the user.

Locale
Function:
Specifies the process data variable that stores the locale of the user.

A locale identifies the language used in a particular region or country

Accepted Values:
A process data variable.
Default Value:
