Get Folder Info (Dropbox) activity

An activity that gets information about a folder from Dropbox to store in process data variables.

Configure the Get Folder Info activity

To configure the Get Folder Info activity, do the procedure in this topic.

You must specify the folder or folder ID to get the information of the folder.
In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

Click Get Folder Info .
Complete the fields on the Get Folder Configuration screen.

(Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

Display Name	Function: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No

Specifies information about a folder to get from Dropbox, and store in process data variables.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: New Dropbox Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Dropbox.
Folder Path	Function: Specifies the path of the folder. Accepted Values: Choose Folder Path - Specifies an absolute path for the folder. Dynamic Folder Path - Specifies a process variable that stores the path of folder. Default Value: Choose Folder Path Example: c:\My Documents\sample1.doc ${HomeDirectory}\sample2.doc http://demo3:8000/DocumentLib1/sample3.doc
