Get File Info (Dropbox) activity

An activity that gets information about a file from Dropbox to store in process data variables.

Configure the Get File Info activity

To configure the Get File Info activity, do the procedure in this topic

You must specify the file or file ID to get the information of the file.
In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

Click Get File Info .
Complete the fields on the Get File Configuration screen.

(Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

Display Name	Function: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Description	Function: Specifies an optional description for your activity. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No

Specifies information about a file to get from Dropbox and store in a process data variable.

Dropbox	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Dropbox application. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Add Token	Opens this Screen: New Dropbox Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Dropbox.
File Path	Function: Specifies the Dropbox file. The activity uses the location of the specified file when the process runs. Accepted Values: Choose File Path - Specifies an absolute path for the file. Dynamic File Path - Specifies a process variable that stores the path of file. Default Value: Choose File Path Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Store the Response in Custom Attribute - File Path	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the location of the file. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Store the Response in Custom Attribute - Revision	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the version of the file. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
