Delete User activity

An activity that deletes a user from your Yammer network.



Configure the Delete User activity

To configure the Delete User activity, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
  2. Do one of these:
    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library open the Yammer tab.
      2. On the Yammer tab, drag the Delete User activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

  2. Click Delete User .
  3. Configure Delete User Configuration screen.

    For more information, refer to Delete a User from Yammer.

  4. (Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

    For more information, refer to Configure E-mail Notifications for Any Activity

General Configuration

Specifies the common information for a system activity.



Fields

Display Name
Function:
Specifies the activity name that shows in your process.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
No

Description
Function:
Specifies an optional description for your activity.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
No

Delete User Configuration

Specifies the user to delete from your Yammer network.

Function:
Specifies the access token that connects to Yammer.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
No

Add Token

Opens this Screen:
New Yammer Access Token
Function of this Screen:
Configures a new access token for Yammer.

Network Name
Function:
Specifies the name of your Yammer network.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

When you select the Yammer access token, the associated network name shows in the Network name field.

Default Value:
None

User Name
Function:
Specifies the user name to associate with the action.
Accepted Values:
A user name.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
No

User ID
Function:
Specifies the Yammer user ID for the user.
Accepted Values:
A process data variable.
Default Value:
None.

When you select the Yammer user name, the correct ID shows in the field.

Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes
