How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Chatter tab.
      2. On the Chatter tab, drag the Post Feed To Chatter User activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Join Chatter Group .

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration to Join Group in Chatter screen, in the Chatter field, select your Chatter access token.

    To create a new access token, click New Salesforce Access Token.

    When you select the Chatter access token, the associated Salesforce instance URL shows in the Instance Name field.

  2. Complete these fields as necessary.

    A valid role.
