Configuration to Delete Group in Chatter Screen

Prerequisites

• Create an access token for your Salesforce application.

Good to Know

• In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

How to Start

1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
   • Open a process.
   • Create a process.
2. Do one of these:
   • Add an activity:
     1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Chatter tab.
     2. On the Chatter tab, drag the Delete Chatter Group activity onto your process.
   • Change an activity:
     1. In your process, double-click your activity.
3. Click Delete Chatter Group .

Procedure

1. On the Configuration to Delete Group in Chatter screen, in the Chatter field, select your Salesforce Chatter access token.

   To create a new access token, click Add Token . For more information, refer to New Salesforce Access Token.

   When you select the Chatter access token, the Salesforce environment URL is shown in the Instance Name field.

2. complete this field as necessary.

   Group	Function: Specifies the name of the group or the process data variable that contains the group ID. Accepted Values: A group name. A process data variable Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
