How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

      1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
      2. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Submit File to Record Center activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Submit File To Record Center Configuration .

Procedure

  1. To configure your settings to send a file to the SharePoint Record Center, on the Submit File To Record Center Configuration screen, complete these fields as necessary.

    Function:
    Specifies the access token that connects to your SharePoint Record Center site where you store the files.
    Accepted Values:
    A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    Add Token

    Opens this Screen:
    New SharePoint Access Token
    Function of this Screen:
    Configures a new access token for SharePoint.

    Record Center Site URL

    Function:
    Retrieves the list of routing names for the specified SharePoint Record Center site.

    Routing Name

    Function:
    Specifies the routing name to be used to submit the file to the SharePoint Record Center.

    A routing name is a record routing rule that is set up on the SharePoint Record Center to facilitate records management. Each routing rule maps the records to the destination location on the Record Center site based on content type.

    Accepted Values:
    A routing name.
    Default Value:

    SharePoint

    Function:
    Specifies the access token that connects to your SharePoint site.
    Accepted Values:
    A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
    Default Value:
    None

    Site

    Function:
    The URL of your document or file — for example, the file you want to add, delete, or check out.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid URL.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes

    Library

    Function:
    Specifies the name for the new document library.
    Accepted Values:
    One line of text that can have spaces.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    Folder

    Function:
    Specifies the name of your SharePoint folder.
    Accepted Values:
    The name of your SharePoint folder

    If the folder does not exist within the specified SharePoint list, the AgilePoint system creates it.

    File Name

    Function:
    The name of your file.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid file name.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes

    User Name

    Function:

    The user name you want to associate with the action.

    If the current user does not have access to the Record Center site, then the Login window opens. This user impersonation feature switches users at runtime to access the Record Center.

    The user must be a member of the Records Center Web Service Submitters group in SharePoint.
    Accepted Values:
    A user name, with the domain name, in this format:

    [domain]\[user name]
