Yammer Notifications Screen

Prerequisites

• Before you can select Lync or Yammer template, you must create one. For more information, refer to:
  • Lync Template Configuration screen
  • Yammer Template Configuration screen

How to Start

1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
   • Open a process.
   • Create a process.
2. In your process, add a human task activity, or change a human task activity.
3. Click Advanced , and then click one of these:
   • Lync Notifications
   • Yammer Notifications

Procedure

1. On the Yammer Notifications or Lync Notifications screen, select an e-mail template from the list.
2. Complete the fields as necessary. For more information, refer to:
   • Lync Configuration screen
   • Yammer Configuration screen
