Cancel Activities in a Process that are Not Complete

• In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

How to Start

1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
   • Open a process.
   • Create a process.
2. Do one of these:
   • Add an activity:
     1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Utilities tab.
     2. On the Utilities tab, drag the Cancel Tasks activity onto your process.
   • Change an activity:
     1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

To cancel activities in a process, simply place the Cancel Tasks activity where you want to cancel the previous tasks. When a running process starts this activity, tasks that are not complete are canceled.
