      2. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Add User to SharePoint Group activity onto your process.

      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. To configure your settings to add a user to a SharePoint group, on the Add User to a Group on SharePoint Site Configuration screen, complete these fields as necessary.
    Field Name Definition

    SharePoint

    Function:
    Specifies the access token that connects to your SharePoint site.
    Accepted Values:
    A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
    Default Value:
    None

    Add Token

    Opens this Screen:
    New SharePoint Access Token
    Function of this Screen:
    Configures a new access token for SharePoint.

    Site

    Function:
    Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.
    Accepted Values:

    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
    Example:
    • http://[machine name]:[port]/sites/[site name]

      You must include the /sites in the Site URL for the site to be created successfully.

    Group Name

    Function:
    Specifies the name of your SharePoint group.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid SharePoint group name.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    User Name

    Function:
    Specifies the user name to add to your SharePoint group.
    Accepted Values:
    A user name, with the domain name, in this format:

    [domain]\[user name]

    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    E-mail ID

    Function:
    The user's email address.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid email address.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:

    User Notes

    Function:
    Gives information related to this task. For example, you can specify group-related privileges for an administrator to assign to the user.

    One line of text that can have spaces.
