Repository Details for Google Drive

Specifies the location of your files in Google Drive.



How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

    • Add a File Upload control:
      1. In the eForm Builder, in the Toolbox, open the Common Controls tab.
      2. On the Common Controls tab, drag a File Upload control onto your form.
    • Change a File Upload control:
      1. In your form, put your cursor on the control, and click Edit .
  3. On the Configure tab, click Add Repository .
  4. On the Choose Document Repository screen screen, select Google Drive , and click Next.

Specifies the access token that connects to your data source.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Folder

Function:
Specifies the name of the target folder.
Accepted Values:
The name of a folder in your repository.

If the folder is not in the specified list, the AgilePoint system creates the folder.

Function:
Specifies the name of the folder to create in the repository.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.

Overwrite If File Exists

Function:
Specifies if the activity overwrites the files if they already exist at the specified destination location.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The activity does not overwrite any existing file..
  • Selected - The activity overwrites the file if it exists with the same name at the destination location..
