Permission Settings screen > Process Initiators tab

Specifies the users and groups who are process initiators for an application.

Prerequisites

On the Tenant Settings screen, set Enable Application Permission Control to Yes.

Good to Know

In the AgilePoint NX portal, the My Applications screen shows a list of processes you can start.

How to Start

In the Manage Center, click Application Management > Application Permissions.
In the APPLICATIONS list, select your application.
Click Edit .
On the Permission Settings screen, click the Process Initiators tab.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Process Models list	Function: Shows the list of processes. Accepted Values: A list of processes from your application
Process Check Box	Function: Selects the processes to which to add or delete the process initiators. Accepted Values: Selected - Specifies a process to which to add or delete the process initiators. Deselected - Specifies not to add or delete process initiators to the process. Default Value: Deselected
Edit	Opens this Screen: Permission Settings screen > Edit Process Initiator Function of this Screen: Specifies the users and groups who are process initiators for an application.
Expand	Function: Shows the list of users and groups who can start the process.
